Registration instructions

With the introduction of the new patient information system, the process for professionals to submit referrals to SYNLAB's locations has changed. Referrals are now made directly in the new system instead of the Professional's Health Folder. For data protection reasons, using the new patient information system requires registration via online banking credentials or a mobile certificate. Going forward, access to the system will only be possible with a certificate card.
