Our local laboratory services include point-of-care testing analytics, orientation and sampling. Through our local laboratory services, we want to develop laboratory services to become even more flexible, enabling our customers to choose the type of laboratory services they use.

Point-of-care testing enables the results of urgently needed laboratory tests to be completed immediately upon sampling.
All of our point-of-care testing services are tailored to each customer. Our comprehensive package offers point-of-care testing equipment as well as equipment maintenance, repairs and user training.
We invest in high-quality and comprehensive customer service in all of our activities, and we also offer both user and specialist support for point-of-care testing.
We support our point-of-care testing services with the advanced MediPOC system
To enhance the overall process of point-of-care testing, our laboratory experts developed the MediPOC system to support all point-of-care testing devices on the market.
The need for the MediPOC system arose because no software on the market that supported point-of-care testing analytics met the standards of SYNLAB or those of our customers. As a result of careful planning and development, MediPOC is one of the most advanced software solutions for point-of-care testing, both in Finland and internationally.
We provide orientation on the use of point-of-care testing and offer sampling services
Point-of-care testing requires precision and expertise, which is why we train our customers to become point-of-care testing experts in order to ensure patient safety.
In addition to the full-time sampling service, we also take care of sampling at our customers’ clinics as agreed.
